Interesting that it seems many people are having the same problem with the 7900 GS. During the 14 or so hours I have spent with Dell support in the last 3 weeks trying to resolve that very same issue (screen jumping, esp while sitting on the 3D settings screen in nVidia control panel), the techs are baffled and say they have never heard of this problem before! They are replacing my sysyem again tomorrow (this will be my 3rd one) because this 'such a rare problem'. Funny, when I talked to support they told me that it was a known driver issue with NVidia and changing the system out wouldn't help.
