However I see the following reasons for.not. pushing it into release right now: 1) Nobody from 100K NetBeans C/C community ever complained - which makes me think that NetBeans as an IDE works OK. 2) Analysis shows that there are dozens of places in Studio IDE that do not read error/output streams. They will be fixed shortly. For fixing them I need several new methods in ProcessUtils. These methods are introduced in 3) Since we are quite close to the release I'm very afraid of changing any code in NetBeans since we probably won't be in time to test it.

My changes are just several added methods - no changes in the existing NetBeans behaviour. So let's consider this as fixed by The rest fixes are to be put into sputnik.
